Blue Ox Mini Golf is currently putting together a proposal to the owners of the site, and we plan to submit this by month’s end.

Recent Wins
1. We are working closely with a great real estate broker who is providing guidance and comparables as we prepare our proposal to the owners of the site.

2. While continuing our mini golf research, we have found a number of great models for comparison, and we are building a wonderful library of programming ideas.

3. We continue to meet artists living in the West Seventh Community, and it is affirming to not only know but also experience how creative this community is!
