Irrigate is an artist-led creative placemaking initiative spanning the six miles of the Central Corridor Light Rail line in St Paul during the years of its construction. The project is well underway, with the first phase of training artists in creative placemaking (147 to date!) nearing completion. These first artists are now moving on to their Corridor Collaborations with local businesses, non-profits and neighborhood groups.
Irrigate produced this video to capture the energy and flurry of activity over the past five months:
