The Be?is Project is making progress. We had several meetings within our team discussing what kind and how many materials we will need. The next step was finding them. It was a tough search but we were able to find the perfect materials for our Be?is project from Caribou Creek. We are now the process of finalizing our contracts for the materials. Once we get our materials, we have a space set aside for our artists to come in and start their artwork that will be incorporated in to the building.

We also added a new member to our team. Errin Walker will be helping coordinate and is very excited to be a part of the Be?is Project team. We met with our artists on February 3  to finalize artist jobs and timelines as well as a volunteer meeting to get ideas where volunteers will be needed and how to recruit them. Followed by the next day February 4, 2014 we  had a steering committee meeting updating everyone on the current project status.
